I. Structure and performance introduction:
This series of products are ideal equipment for cutting all kinds
of angle steel, I-beam, U-shape steel, right angle or 45 degree
angle steel. Multi-workstations make it possible to finish series
operations simultaneously on one machine, such as punching,
shearing and notching, Dual-piston-type combined punching and
shearing machine allows two-man operation at the same time
(stamping +another work station), German Rexroth’s integrated
hydraulic valve block ensures the stability of the machine, Through
Thermal Effect of annealing processing, the entire rack is able to
keep its shape forever, without deformation. The introduction of

* Punching: effective punching can be achieved with the machine,
and stamping die is easy to be replaced.
* Bar cutting: you can quickly cut the round bar and square steel,
if you want to cut U-shaped, I-beam or T-profile section steel only
by exchanging the cutting blade and the operation procedure is very
simple.
* Angle cutting: you can cut several 90 ° and 45 ° angles with the
help of special dies.
* Metal Sheet Bending: it is very easy to fulfill the daily metal
sheet bending work by making the bending moulds.
* Notching: The machine is equipped with a large-shaped slotting
blade head, which can meet your general use, as to, special shaping
blade head can be customized.

Details:
Angle Station
This station provides large capacity angle cutting at 90°and 45°.
Angles between 45°and 90° can be achieved by first cutting at
90°and then flange trimming to the required angle in this shearing
station.
Shearing Station
The shearing unit is fitted with a simple robust hold down which is
adjustable to any thickness of material within are cutting capacity
of the machine. The shear feed table with adjustable guides is
fitted to allow accurate feeding
Punching Station
The large punch bed area has a removable front block and is
designed to give a very wide range of punching applications. A
punch table with rules and guides for repetition work are fitted as
the standard machine
Notching Station
The notching station is fitted as standard with a rectangular notch
table with adjustable back stops, allowing repetitive positioning.
Bending (Optional)
Bending function shares the same position with punching function.
It can bend same work pieces into different angles or shapes. It
can be used as a small press brake machine.
Mould:
According to the needs of customers, customized different sizes of
die, including, round, square, oval and so on. The customer only
needs to provide the graphics and dimensions. This machine standard
15 sets of circular mold (free).
Optional: feeder
Automatic feeding table, after connecting, can realize automatic,
save labor cost, fast and convenient.
